Staffing

professional RSA certified, wait and/or bar staff are $70 per person per hour for a minimum of 4 hours.

Menu Changes

We are always happy to customise a menu for whatever dietary needs you have (Keith in IT favourite Vietnamese meatballs or the bosses mums lemon meringues). If you have something else in mind other than what's on our menu no worries we would love to work together to get exactly what you are after, it’s your event let’s do food that makes YOU happy.

Allergies and Dietary Requirements

Vegans and vegetarians will have a substitute ‘protein’ instead of the meats on the menus, please choose from the proteins with (VO).

We can never guarantee there will be zero traces of nuts, gluten, crustaceans, shellfish, lactose, soy or sesame because we do process these ingredients in our kitchen and on our equipment and also on the equipment
 at the venues (the caterer the week before could have made satay on the same flat top for example).

We will do our best to accommodate all dietary requirements. We take allergies seriously so let us know what it is your guests can’t eat and we can happily make a customised menu excluding that ingredient.
